Sylvia Koczerzuk is the owner and operator of Walkabout Canine Consulting.  She has owned and operated Walkabout Canine Consulting (Walkabout Services) since 1995 providing clients with training, pet sitting, dog walking and grooming services.I have worked as a  veterinary receptionist in both London and Windsor veterinary clinics and has organized and operated training classes as well as individualized training sessions and behaviour counselling.  She presently offers pre-ownership counselling, private training lessons for all age dogs and behaviour counselling.

Sylvia commits to teaching owners how to use positive techniques, based on learning theory, in managing their dogs' behaviour in order to maximize the pet-owner experience with a minimum of concerns created by undesirable behaviour. Dog training has changed so much and we are seeing better, kinder and more effective methods for us to use with our dog(s).

Sylvia Koczerzuk is a Certified Pet Dog Trainer (CCPDT), a Certified Dog Behaviour Consultant (IAABC), and a Counseling Graduate of the prestigious San Francisco SPCA Academy for Dog Trainers (SF/SPCA).  She continues to attend continueing education seminars and workshops which focus on currect dog training and canine behaviour disciplines.  Aside from her training business, she is currently pursueing a degree in psychology.
