Yes puppies need to be groomed too and should start with puppy visits as soon as 3 months old.  We can start with puppies first visit, to first bath and tidy until he or she is ready for a full trim.   You want this to be a regular routine for your puppy as he grows into an adult.  This is the best time to start. 
Yes we do hand striping on terriers.
